We've just wrapped up the Snow Rampage 2009 with two amazing days of weather and incredible riding.
Day 1 saw the kids kick things off with slopestyle at front valley. Perisher park crew had the jumps finely tuned especially for the day.
All riders where given two runs to show their skills, the points from the best run would decide if they got to stand on the podium.
The level of riding this year has stepped up so much with the highest run score of the day coming from the Youth Boy’s (under 16’s) division, and some of the Kid’s (under 12’s) riding almost as good as the youth so the future for Australian snowboarding is looking bright.
Day 2 in the halfpipe things kicked off early so the riding could get under way with the best riding conditions possible. After a quick practice riders where again given two runs to throw down their bag of tricks and impress the judges.
